About this Course
In this course, we’ll focus on the crucial role of customers in any business. We’ll discuss strategies for retaining customers and understanding why they might be willing to pay more for your products or services. Rather than just offering a good product, we’ll delve into how providing a great customer experience can set your business apart. Through five two-hour sessions, we will practice verbal communication skills aimed at clearly expressing intentions, reaching mutually beneficial agreements, and persuasively demonstrating the benefits of choosing your business.
