Basics of Good Business Writing
About this Course
This course will explore the essence of effective business writing. We’ll dissect various types of documents, such as memos, inquiry letters, sales pitches, and messages delivering both good and bad news, all aimed at inspiring readers to act. The course will prioritize practical techniques for composing business communication with confidence and ease. Expect to develop skills in writing purposefully, using persuasive language, and delivering meaningful content—all without unnecessary stress.
*Bring a pen or pencil and a notebook, as we’ll be writing drafts by hand during class.
